## The space Welcome to Emma, this charming flat on the 1st floor of a historic building, just a stone's throw from Rouen station, combines the charm of the past with the comfort of a central location close to everything you need to discover Rouen and enjoy the surrounding area . On the first floor of a secure building, this 30 m² flat features a main room opening onto a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. Make the most of the fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils). In the lounge, you'll find a comfortable sofa. The separate bedroom has a 140x190cm bed with chest of drawers and bedside tables. The en suite shower room has a shower, washbasin unit, towel rail and hairdryer. Please note that WIFI is very poor or non-existent. No television. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm.
