The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Pontrieux, this charming apartment of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 28 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom. We are waiting for you ! The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 28 m² with sofa bed, TV, Wifi included, dining table - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, combined refrigerator, toaster, induction cooker... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For more comfort : high chair, folding bed, folding bathtub, washing machine, ironing board and iron, Nintendo 64 game console. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - Animals accepted for free. Only one animal is accepted per stay (2 on request). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Sheets and towels are not provided.
