Property information

Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Pietrosella, this charming air-conditioned duplex with sight sea, with less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 37 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 30 m², terrace and balcony. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks : - 2 numbered parking spaces (4 and 22) within the residence, one of which is in front of the apartment entrance. - Free Wifi at disposal. - Animals under 6 kg are accepted on request for an additional fee - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Stairs to access the rooms. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).

The apartment is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
