Located in the center of Nice, in the very heart of the Musicians district, 800 meters from the Promenade des Anglais and its crystal clear waters, our "Family Room" offers "cozy" and independent accommodation in absolute calm, which is essential for a good holiday. Built in 1910, the building will welcome you with moldings on the facade in the grandest "Belle Époque" style. The room has its own independent entrance and includes a French bed (140 x 190) with a new mattress, a shower room with toilet, a wardrobe for clothes and suitcases and a desk with an electric kettle with coffee and tea and a bar fridge for cold drinks. Bed linen and towels for your stay will be available to you upon arrival. The room has free Wi-Fi, double glazing and air conditioning for your comfort. This property is non-smoking. Nice and its region offer you the opportunity to do both cultural and sporting activities such as strolling on the Promenade des Anglais, strolling through Old Nice and discovering the Cours Saleya market, discovering its various Museums and other masterpieces. architectural works such as the Nice Opera and Saint-Nicolas Cathedral, take to the heights on the Parc de la Colline du château with its fountain and breathtaking view, take a boat trip or do water activities to finish while savoring its Nice specialties.
