Farmhouse cottage of 150m² with heated swimming pool for 12-14 people, pétanque court, and outdoor games. A covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a separate living room with TV (sofa bed for 13th and 14th people), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two single bunk beds (90cm), a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet, and a separate toilet. Three bedrooms (accessible by stairs): one with a double bed (140cm) and a cot, one with two double beds (140cm), and one with a double bed (140cm) and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also an additional bathroom and a separate toilet. A 12x6x1.40m swimming pool, heated from May to September and offering complete privacy, completes this property with views of the vineyards. The swimming pool is shared, but the owners rarely use it. Parking and unfenced outdoor space are available. The farmhouse is located on the edge of a vineyard, with a road nearby. The rental property is attached to the owners' property, who are very discreet. Small gatherings are permitted, provided they respect the owners and the property; noisy parties are prohibited.
