Welcome to “Les Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande”! Located in Néant-sur-Yvel, Brittany, the Gîte Cœur de Brocéliande offers a 31 m² holiday home, perfect for 2 guests. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed; the ground floor features a bathroom with shower. The private kitchen is fully equipped. A mezzanine can be arranged with a single bed or a baby cot upon request when booking. For your entertainment, a private TV is provided. The house is ideally situated for exploring the sites and legends of Brocéliande and is close to a greenway, perfect for scenic walks. Shared parking for one vehicle is available in front of the house. You may bring your own bed linen or opt for a linen rental service, available for an extra fee. Please specify your preference when booking. We kindly ask that you leave the property as you found it. If you don’t have time to clean, a cleaning option is available on request.
