Ground floor: living room, separate fitted kitchen, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x200), shower room/wc. Equipment included: freezer, DVD player, Internet access, complete baby equipment, radio/CD, tumble dryer. Included: electricity, sheets (beds made), bathroom/household linen. Not included: electric heating and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (euros65). St Nazaire 20 km away. Property managed by a professional.
