The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent this charming new air-conditioned house with private pool in Vers. Measuring 87 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers, it enjoys an incredible view of the Lot Valley. It features a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 5,000 m² park. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you! Although ideal for adults, the house is not suitable for children, particularly infants. The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed, bookcase and dining area for 6 people. - An open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room with bidet and private WC - Bedrooms 2 and 3 with two single beds joined to form a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bathroom with shower - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer - Separate WC To refresh the atmosphere at the end of the day, integrated, adjustable air conditioning for each room is available.
