Cette longère présente beaucoup de caractère car Fabrice restaure le bâti percheron depuis plus de 20 ans, avec amour et conviction et nous avons à cœur de partager le joli patrimoine du Perche.
Nous avons soigné les équipements afin d'offrir une prestation de qualité.
La décoration est soignée et promet de jolies surprises dans le détail.

Epicuriens à la vie simple, aimons la vie, les gens et le Perche!
Tous deux natifs de la région, c'est notre second projet de gîte dans la région, le 1er s'appelait La Goglinière et celui ci nous semble encore plus abouti.
