At low tide children will adore the rock pools. It’s also a popular beach for surfing, wind/kite surfing and stand up paddle. In July and August there is a free 'Fun bus' into the centre of La Tranche or to the various beaches. Lots of free summer entertainment in the centre. Heated pool with outside shower in the private rear garden. Gorgeous views to the pine forest 50m away with walking trails, children’s play park, volley/football courts, cycle tracks. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms plus a studio/games room in the garden which offer various configurations for your guests. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin with fitted wardrobes. Spacious bathroom and overhead shower, hand basin and WC and a separate WC with a hand basin. Upstairs: the ‘tower’ bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and views into the garden and forest. Adjacent shower room with shower, hand basin and WC. Studio/games room: (12 m2) is in the garden and linked to the house by the decking. Sofa bed. Plenty of board games, flat screen television, WIFI and Chromecast. Darts and boules. Sitting room: (27m2) vaulted ceiling and two comfortable sofas, a flat screen television with UK and French channels, WIFI, fibre and sound bar. There is a variety of adult and children’s DVD’s and books. Dining room: comfortably seats 6 with direct access through the conservatory into the garden. Kitchen: fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Rangemaster oven and plenty of crockery. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility area in the garage along with an iron, ironing board and clothes airers. Conservatory with additional seating. Garden: for your comfort it has the ideal mix of sun and shade throughout the day and evening. There are sun loungers and lots of comfortable seating areas providing plenty of space for guests.
