On the ground floor, you will find a living room with 1 double bed, a kitchen and a shower room/WC. Upstairs (open staircase), an attic mezzanine (1m90 at the highest) with 1 double bed. Shared washing machine available. Wifi. Outside, you can enjoy a private courtyard (garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha). A green space with football goals, shared with the owners and the other gîte is at your disposal. Private parking. 2nd studio on site: H85G020345. Heating, sheets and towels included.
