A little green corner in the heart of the mountains. Unobstructed views and a peaceful setting, the starting point for many hikes. A well-equipped house. In winter, the owner will provide snowshoes for beautiful snowy walks. Saulxures-sur-Moselotte leisure center is 10 minutes away. La Bresse can be reached in 20 minutes, and Gérardmer, the Pearl of the Vosges, is half an hour from the cottage. Access is via a small 250-meter paved road (snow-cleared in winter). Groceries and a doctor are 5 km away. For Easter: decorations, egg hunts. Fully renovated farm outbuilding located in the mountains. Ground floor: - Kitchenette open to the living room. Flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player. - Shower room - Separate toilet 1st floor: - One bedroom (160x200cm bed) - One bedroom (two 90x190cm beds) - Separate toilet - Electric underfloor heating and convectors. Outdoors - Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue -> accessible from the living room. - Mountain grounds. - Outdoor shelter (ideal for bicycles and sports equipment) EXTRA CHARGE: Sheets euros12 + 18 duvets/double bed, euros12/single bed; Towels euros8/person; End-of-stay cleaning euros60/stay. + linens, tablecloth, and tea towels.
