In the heart of the city you will appreciate its incredible location: everything is within walking distance (restaurants, bars, shops, crossing to the island of Groix, etc). Neighbourhood information

A very sought-after PREMIUM location in Lorient, the "Coeur de ville" district is very pleasant and almost entirely pedestrian. A stone's throw from the marina, Place Jules Ferry and the Palais des Congrès. Many shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. A central point for strolling, walking and discovering Lorient and its region. Bus line at 2 steps towards the beaches of Larmor, Fort bloqué or Guidel. Pier at a few minutes for the island of Groix or Port Louis. Don't forget to visit the Eric Tabarly sea museum, the submarine base or the numerous nautical installations all along the coast.
