Appartement charmant pouvant héberger jusqu’à 6 convives.. 100 m2 au sol. Très bien situé en plein centre commerçant de Perros-Guirec et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Vaste séjour exposé sud, avec vue sur l’église Saint-Jacques ainsi que sur la mer lointaine. Cuisine équipée ouverte. Deux grandes chambres, dont une avec lit de 180x200 et l'autre avec deux lits simples. Le couchage est complété en mezzanine par un canapé convertible 2 places et un lit simple. Baignoire. Stationnement.
Centre commerçant et historique de Perros-Guirec, à la fois calme et actif, avec nombreux commerces de bouches, restaurants, terrasses. La plage de Trestraou est à 10 minutes à pied de la plage (en descendant). Plage de Trestrignel à 5mn de voiture de même que le port. Ploumanac'h à 10 mn.
Stationnement dans la cour de l'immeuble ainsi que sur la voie publique
