This remarkable15th-century half-timbered house is classified as a historic monument. It offers a genuine immersion into an authentic medieval atmosphere, with carefully preserved wooden floors, beams and intricate woordwork.

In 2022, Dominique and Alina made a heartfelt purchase to expand their Saint-Yves gourmet shop and live on-site. With their larger space, they aimed to diversify their offerings by opening guest rooms, tapping into the region's tourist potential. A visit to Dominique and Alina's Saint-Yves gourmet shop is a wonderful opportunity to discover French gastronomy and the rich flavors of the Brittany region.

Our guesthouse is located in the heart of the historic and tourist center of Dinan. Discover the charm of medieval Dinan through its ramparts and the castle that overlooks the old town, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. The cobbled streets lined with colorful half-timbered houses invite you to stroll, where every corner reveals a piece of local history. You can also make your way down to the port to admire the boats on the Rance. Dinan offers a variety of shops and activities that bring the town to life.
