Welcome in our beautiful T2 apartment, located only 2 minutes walk from Rouen train station and 10min from the old market place.
It comprises a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a cosy living room with a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
A large balcony is being refurbished to take advantage of the fine weather.
Paid parking spaces are available at the foot of the building.
