After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

Room rates include accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, 2 bathrobes, beds made on arrival, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), basic Wifi, TV, all taxes and fees (except for the local tax ). If you come by train, funicular is offered. Open every day from 7.30am to 9pm and until 11pm on Thursday. Funicular to Arc 1600 then free shuttles to the other sites in the resort of Les Arcs.

Guests have access to the infrastructures offered within the building to which they are attached. Guests of Prince des Cîmes or Hameau du Glacier buildings have access to the only indoor pool of the residence. Guests of Manoir Savoie or Chalet des Lys buildings have access to the only outdoor pool with a Mont Blanc view. Guests in other buildings have access to outdoor pools with no view only.
