There is plenty of space to play and relax both indoors and outdoors. - 3 bedrooms for spacious accommodation - Luxurious bathrooms with modern conveniences - Inviting outdoor areas with private garden and terrace. Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 40 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 2.5 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Additional information : - Towels and linens are included in the rental price. - Cleaning may be arranged for 40 euros or completed by the tenant. - A tourist tax of 2.5 euros per person per night will be collected upon arrival. - Pets allowed upon request for an additional fee of 20 euros per stay. - Smoking is not permitted indoors.
