Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 55 m² apartment for rent in Saint-Malo, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi (fiber optics) and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 20 m² living room with TV and a sofa bed. - A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker, etc. - Two bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), 2 single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside : - A balcony to enjoy the fine weather Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi (fiber optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes, or taking out the rubbish. The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby. Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park close to the accommodation (street parking and parking along the ramparts are available for a fee). As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare de Saint-Malo, about 9 min by car (2.5 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes airport, approx. 1h05 by car (76.3 km) - From Place St-Vincent, you'll find bus departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel. - Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, at the ferry terminal just a 5-minute walk away.
