Welcome to this carefully designed apartment for your pleasure and comfort. Here, you're within walking distance of restaurants and shops, 5 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau, and 15 minutes from INSEAD. This elegant 33 m² one-bedroom apartment has been completely renovated with a brand new Jungle-Vintage decor combining comfort and modernity. You have two distinct spaces: - On one side, the cozy living/dining area features a large sofa bed for two, a pretty round table with four chairs, and a flat-screen TV. - On the other side, a bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, and a desk area for remote work in complete peace thanks to high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Tea and coffee are provided upon arrival. The apartment also includes a washing machine and a clothes horse. The bathroom, decorated in the same style as the rest of the apartment, includes a shower, a toilet, and a marble sink. Towels, sheets, duvets, and blankets are included in the rental, as are shower products (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel). Access to the building is secure, and you can check in independently via a key safe accessible on site.
