The accommodation is as follows: Located on the 1st floor and measuring 45 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It's south-facing, with a large bay window and a window in the living room, and a French window in the bedroom. Relax on the south-facing balcony! - In the living room, you can sleep on a sofa bed (140x200 cm), brand new in 2020 and very comfortable. - In the kitchen area, you'll find: induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, etc. There's also space for 4 people to enjoy meals. - In the shower room with WC, an 8kg washing machine and heated towel rail. - In the bedroom, you'll find 2 brand-new beds (90x200 cm) with the option of moving them closer together to sleep as a couple. Other remarks : - Towels are not provided - Pets are not allowed - The apartment is accessible by stairs (1/2 level), but if you use the elevator, you'll need to press 2. - Underground parking includes a closed private garage and a shared bike room.
