Your apartment, located on the 1st floor of a small collective, is on the same level! On the 1st floor: Entrance hall with cupboard, large living room opening onto a small terrace, well-equipped fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms opening onto the terrace (1 160x200 bed) (2 80x200 beds) and (1 160x200 bed), bathroom (bath, washing machine and dryer), separate toilet. 1 other apartment on the landing. Exterior: Pretty, well-sheltered 45 m² terrace with plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs, at the back of the apartment. Parking on the road or in a public car park 100 meters away. 2 drop-off places in front of the building including a grooming salon on the ground floor
