Welcome to the heart of Lot-et-Garonne! 🥝 The Kiwi cottage is part of the Pigeonnier de Saint-Vincent cottages, ideal for 6 people but can accommodate up to 7 people. 🏠 The house is on one level. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms, a large dining room with an open kitchen, a living area (with fireplace), and 2 bathrooms. A large terrace with a hammock for enjoying good moments with family or friends. WIFI (very fast) is free and available throughout the property. Details: 🛏️ Bedroom 1 1 large double bed 180x200 Workspace Bathroom 🛏️ Bedroom 2 2 single beds 90 x 200 1 twin bed for a child. 🛏️ Bedroom 3 2 large single beds 90x200 that can be joined to form a King-size bed 180x200. Workspace 🔥 Fireplace: Ideal for your autumn, winter, and early spring evenings.
