Our property has 4.5 acres and offers a calm and tranquil setting, only 5kms to nearest town Mortain, with all shops etc. and open air pools (seasonal). We have ponies, donkeys, goats, in the neighbouring fields, and have 2 dogs and a cat who live with us (not in the chalet). We offer comfortable accomodation, with private parking and gardens/terraces. The voie vert cycle track is to the rear of the property. We welcome guests with pets as the area is great for dog walks.
We are an English family living in France since 2006, and have been renting gites since 2007, although this renovated chalet was new for 2015. We love the area, and are pleased to offer a warm welcome, and help with tourist info on the region.
Mortain is a small town, 5kms with all ameneties, St Hilaire du Harcouet is 10kms and is slightly larger. We have waterfalls, viewpoints, karting, lakes and parks, plenty historical and interesting places to visit, nearest beach 45mn, Nr Mt St Michel
