On the ground floor, it is newly equipped to accommodate 2 people: it includes 1 bedroom with a double bed and television, 1 laundry area with washing machine, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and 1 air-conditioned living area with a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, television) opening onto an outdoor terrace where you can use a gas barbecue for your grills. Access to the upper floor via an internal staircase offers the possibility of 4 additional beds with 2 double beds (supplement not included in the price). Separate entrance to the cottage, with parking for 1 vehicle. Outdoor parking is available for other vehicles (even campervans). **Our cottage offers a special feature: - It is completely protected from low and high frequency waves: ideal for people with electro-sensitivity. - Internet access is available via a provided Ethernet cable. - RJ45 jacks are available in each room. - Wi-Fi is optional (during the day).
