Cocoonr B&P Agency welcome you in one of our many apartments located at this address, in the hyper-centre of Rennes. Close to the Jacobins Convent, Place Hoche and one of the city's commercial arteries, this flat is ideally located on the courtyard side of a quiet pedestrian street despite its strategic location. Whether you are in Rennes on business, on a family holiday or on a weekend break, you will be given a personal welcome by a member of the Cocoonr Rennes agency who will introduce you to the accommodation, the surroundings and answer any questions you may have. Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided, as well as tea towels, bath mats and some welcome products. The beds are made up on arrival, so all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay in the accommodation. Wifi access is free. Buses and the metro are less than 5 minutes away on foot. The nearest station is Sainte-Anne, a few stops away from the Gares station (accessible in 5 minutes via the metro). If you come by car, the Hoche car park is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Pets are accepted in the accommodation La Cour des Camélites 1 and La Cour des Camélites 3 and must be specified at the time of booking. A single pet is accepted for a supplement of e5 per stay.
