Welcome to La Courmonière, this house, just renovated, full of charm, cosy and warm with its large garden planted with trees, is ideally located on the Champagne road. 1 hour from Paris, 45 minutes from Disneyland Paris and in the heart of the tourist triangle linking Reims, Épernay and Château-Thierry. In a quiet setting, surrounded by greenery, the house will seduce you to gather with family or friends around the fire in winter or around a barbecue in summer. Renovated in 2022, our 130 m2 house can accommodate 8-10 people. On the ground floor, you will find a large kitchen with a fireplace (Nespresso coffee machine / filter coffee machine, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), followed by a living room / dining room that we wanted to be cosy. Independent WC on the ground floor. A bedroom with a 140x190 bed is located on the ground floor with a shower and washbasin. A mezzanine area accessible by a ladder and equipped with a comfortable bench bed of 160x200 can accommodate 2 people. A comfortable 140x200 sofa bed is also available in the living room. . On the first floor, a bedroom (bed 160x200) with a shower room and WC. - On the top floor, an attic room with 3 beds 90x200 (soon 4 beds) with a washbasin and WC. Outside: a terrace adjoining the kitchen (a wooden pergola and wooden floor are planned for March) and an enclosed garden of 1500 m2 invite you to feel good and to get together. Barbecue in summer, table tennis, petanque court being finalized (March/April 2023). Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, kitchen towels, salt/pepper and olive oil are provided for the duration of your stay. This house is our second home and we have taken pleasure in furnishing it in the spirit of a country house with all the necessary comforts to spend good times with friends or family.
We would be delighted to welcome you to our country house which we have just bought and which has been completely renovated in a cosy/cocooning spirit to share good moments with family and friends!
