Guests can bring their own or rent them on site for the following additional fees: Sheets and towels, shower mats and kitchen towels, toilet paper, and a floor cleaner: 15 euros (per person). Please contact the property before arrival to arrange rental.

-Upon request, guests may request early arrival for a fee of €20 per hour, and they may request late departure.

If this request is not made, and if guests leave late without authorization, then the guest will be charged €30 (excluding VAT) per additional hour.

-It is advisable to reserve a parking space at a cost of €10 (per day) in order to facilitate parking arrangements.

This supplement is not included in the Booking price for the benefit of guests arriving without a car, so that guests do not incur these unnecessary costs when booking through Booking.

-Pets (one or more) are accepted for an additional fee of €30 per stay.

-It is possible to access a high-end sauna and jacuzzi for an additional €15 (per person) with a maximum of €50 per hour for up to 6 people.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
