Working wine farm, in the middle of the Madiran vineyards, comprising 2 gîtes with independent entrance. Not overlooked. Ground floor: Kitchen area (fridge-freezer, microwave, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher). Living room, relaxation area (wood stove, TV), bathroom, toilet. Floor: 3 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 1 90 cm bed). no toilet upstairs. Electric heating extra. Wood included. Possibility to rent sheets + towels. Internet connection via wifi. Private garden with trees and flowers, covered terrace under lean-to, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, small fountain. Lake 150 meters away (walks, fishing). Petanque court shared by both gîtes. The price does not included: - housework - sheets ( rental possible) - shower linen (rental possible) - house linen (no rental) - heating consumption (extra depending on actual consumption)
