Sarlat’s historic center is just a 20–25 minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy the best of both town and nature with a private pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and inviting outdoor spaces at the edge of a forest. Spacious bedrooms and a large living area offer comfort and a welcoming atmosphere for families or groups of friends. Spread over three levels, the house features generous spaces and a warm ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room, perfect for cooking and sharing meals. The cozy lounge has a beautiful original stone fireplace. Step directly onto the main terrace with a stone barbecue and dining area. The private heated pool (11x4 m), open from May to October with loungers, and the outdoor jacuzzi (available year-round on request), promise relaxation after your outings. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for your comfort. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Bath mats and kitchen towels are provided free of charge. End-of-stay cleaning is not charged, but you are asked to leave the property clean. You have exclusive access to the house, pool, and jacuzzi. A small separate unit below is rented independently with its own entrance. No spaces are shared. The house is not suitable for parties or events to preserve the peace of the neighborhood.
