This charming 50 m² house in Plancoët can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. First floor: - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90x190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A lovely 150 m² enclosed garden, facing south-east - A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather Other remarks : - The fireplace is available on request and at an additional cost (wood supplied and payment to be made on site with our partners). - Bed linen and towels included - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and L'Annexe Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).
