Located in the heart of an authentic Pyrenean village, you have direct access to hiking trails of all levels without needing a car. Whether you enjoy mushroom picking, skiing, wellness, fishing, gastronomy, mountain biking, cycling, trail running, or exploring Romanesque churches, everything is within 4 km. The house is peaceful yet close to all amenities: shops and markets (Loudenvielle 5 min, Génos 3 min, Arreau 15 min), wellness center 5 min, ski resorts 15 min. In one hour, you can reach Spain or the Néouvielle massif. Enjoy a private 800 m² garden. The 170 m² house, recently renovated with natural materials (stone, wood, eco-friendly paints), offers spacious living areas. On the ground floor, you enter through a 25 m² laundry/workshop/mudroom—perfect for storing your gear. Then, a 75 m² open-plan area includes the kitchen, dining room, and lounge with pellet stove. A shower room with WC is at the end of the hallway. Upstairs, a space is left open for relaxing activities (yoga, reading, singing, etc.). Two bedrooms with three beds each and a mezzanine with two beds are available. The 90x200 cm beds can be joined or separated. A travel cot is provided for babies. Two more beds are set apart by screens: one 140x190 cm bed and one 175x100 cm boat bed. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen cloths are included. Cleaning is available for an extra charge.
