Are you coming for a 3-week spa treatment? The thermal spas are just 5 km away in Préchacq and 13 km away in Dax from St Paul les Dax. In Pontonx, you can also discover the meadows along the Adour River, "Les Barthes," which offer peace and relaxation. Welcome to La Lande, 1 km from all amenities. Our cozy little cottage offers: - a living room with a fitted kitchen, - a living room and lounge with a TV area, - a separate bedroom (sleeps 140), - a bathroom with toilet. Washing machine, mini dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. Covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and 2 deckchairs. You will enjoy a well-kept, unfenced shared garden and a shared courtyard. Owners are on site. Private garden of approximately 50 m². Parking in front of the cottage. Owner's outbuildings and barn are on site. Linens provided. The price doesn't included the heating (8 euros per day)
