On the ground floor you enter the house through a hall that opens on one side to a small fully equipped kitchen, on the other side to a dining room ideal for 6 people and finally to a comfortable living room. On the mezzanine floor, you will find a first double bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and toilet. Upstairs, two other double bedrooms await you: a master bedroom with its private shower room and a twin bedroom. A toilet completes the floor. The garden is located behind the house, away from the street and the noises of the city. It is totally closed and not overlooked: you can enjoy the sun quietly, as if you were in the countryside and can organize your aperitifs and barbecues in complete serenity! The house belongs to Catherine and Dany. Dany is in the world of flea markets: he has selected decorative objects that adorn the house and are available for sale. If you have a crush on a statuette, a painting or a lamp, you can buy it. But you can just as easily admire it. Catherine and Dany also work in partnership with some artists in the region. You will find an overview of their works scattered throughout the house, also offered for sale. Nathalie, from the Conciergerie de l'Yonne, is in charge of taking care of the house: she will be your privileged contact before, during and after your stay. She will contact you as soon as you book: you will be able to ask her any questions that come to mind about the house and its environment. She will also be able to give you advice for your tourist discovery of Auxerre and its surroundings.

The house is located in a small street with little traffic, quiet and pleasant. Free public parking is located 3 minutes walk away. 5 minutes away, the main shopping street of Auxerre begins, which will lead you to the historic center: Clock Tower, Saint-Etienne Cathedral, Saint-Germain Abbey... the many monuments of this city of Art and History are worth a visit!
