Property information

Surface 130 m². Ground floor: kitchen which opens onto the garden and the covered terrace, living room with insert fireplace, office with a sleeping area open by a glass roof onto the living room, wc. Upstairs: one bedroom (1 double bed) with private shower room opening onto the bedroom, one bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), shower room with shower and bath, wc. Laundry room fitted out in the basement. Barn available with table tennis.

Located near Limoges, the Maison d'Eugénie is a pretty house in the heart of the village of Burgnac. Claudette and Guy have renovated it with comfort and a trendy 'countryside chic' decoration: beautiful furniture, mirrors, all very original lamps, rugs, curtains, a modern and elegant cocooning atmosphere. The exteriors have a lot of charm: at the front of the house, a pleasant courtyard and an enclosed flower garden; to the rear a large enclosed garden with an orchard and a very well appointed covered terrace. A petanque court and children's games are available on the village square in front of the cottage.
