It’s bright and fully equipped for a very comfortable stay from 4pm starting from Saturdays. It looks onto the Mediterranean sea with nothing blocking the beautiful view. The villa is set in lovely garden with the use of a large pool. Near enough to Sainte Maxime but far away to be very quiet and peaceful. I own this two bedroom, two bathroom apartment since 1997 and have made it our second home. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. We now have an electric awning instead of umbrellas to shade from the sun on the terrace It really is a gem. We love staying there ourselves whenever we can. Bookings are always from Saturday to Saturday, 4 pm and after arrivals, 10 am departures. We ask you to contact Valerie 3 days before arrival on an estimated time and on the day with a more accurate time of arrival. Her phone number will be given with the booking. We also ask for a 200 euro cash damage deposit on arrival. This will be returned in cash on a satisfactory departure. We are required to collect a French government tax of 2.30 per person per night . We try to make your experience at Toi & Moi as enjoyable as possible. Valerie is happy to help you out in any way if needs be. Of course I am always available by email or test to answer any questions you may have. The apartment is painted and updated often. The building in 2019
We enjoy the pool, running on the pavement along the beach front, playing tennis very near by. My husband is a golfer, so he is able to play golf in one of the two nearby golf courses. Of course, I must mention that there are wonderful restaurants near by, and in other beautiful villages in the area. We often take the little ferry over to Sainte Tropez rather than to drive. Very enjoyable and easy to do. Valerie who lives locally is on hand to welcome you. You can contact with any queries you may have while holidaying. Bookings from Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights min rental There is safe, free parking behind remote controlled gates. Please contact Valerie about 3 days before arrival with an estimated time of arrival and on the day with a more accurate timing. We require 200 euros damage deposit which will be returned to you in full on a satisfactory departure. We require at least 15 days bookings before arrival. Valerie's details will be sent to you on booking.
There are two golf clubs in the area, tennis courts a few minutes away by foot. There are many great restaurants in Sainte Maxime, a cinema complex, library, water park, casino etc. There is a visiting market on Fridays, indoor food market and many beautiful boutiques. Of course, one can take part in sea sports in the summer months.
