Self-contained gîte in fully renovated farm buildings (dating from 1830) on same property as owners' guest rooms. Private terrace and glassed-in veranda. Lovely view of castle tower. Ground floor: fully fitted kitchen opening onto cosy little lounge (flat screen TV). 1st floor: bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room/WC.|Attractive, peaceful and relaxing outdoor area (garden furniture, deckchairs). Lots to see and do for culture vultures and/or keen sportsmen/women: lovely medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, Chailly golf course, canal de Bourgogne, etc. 25 minutes from Beaune, 40 minutes from Dijon (capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, Cité de la Gastronomie opening in May 2022).
