Classified 3***, superb fully renovated apt of 40 m2 with a lot of charm in the centre of Biarritz (Place de la Liberation). It is ideally situated with direct access to all amenities and very close to the beach. The apartment offers excellent comfort. The kitchen is entirely equipped (electric hobs, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc). The living area has a flat screen TV and sofa bed of 160 cm and upstairs in the mezzanine there is a double bed and it is possible to have a further single fold down bed for a child if necessary. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment. There is a washing machine and there are numerous wardrobes and storage space and a basement of 6 m2 for bikes and other storage. THE LINEN AND END OF STAY CLEANING ARE OPTIONAL EXTRA.
