Air-conditioned vacation chalet, located just 6 km south of Sarlat, in the countryside, and very close to the Dordogne Valley and its castles. Nice enclosed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue Private landscaped garden, with a swing for children. Its wooden interior offers a warm and cozy atmosphere. Electric heating in the 3 bedrooms Reversible air conditioning in the house. All shops 5 km away (Sarlat). Cats will be allowed: dogs not permitted. River banks less than 5 km away (swimming, canoeing) Close to the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, and the bastide of Domme .... On the ground floor: A main room with a dining area, 2 armchairs, and a well-equipped kitchen corner. Two bedrooms with 2 beds of 140 each A bathroom with shower and WC.
