Located in Fréhel, Brittany, "La Petite Maison" is an 80 m² rental ideal for 6 guests. It offers 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 4 single beds (can be arranged as a double), plus a bathroom and a shower room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. You’ll also find a workspace, a baby cot, high chair, shared children’s toys and books, and games for adults. Babysitting is available for an extra charge. Enjoy the private garden and open terrace with barbecue for outdoor meals. The property sits in a large park with horses, donkeys, and goats. A pétanque court is also available. Shared parking is provided in the garden, as well as a communal bike storage and 3 bikes for your use. A tennis court is nearby. Parties are not allowed. The house is at the start of the GR 34 hiking trail leading to Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte, 8 minutes by car from the beaches and 1.5 km from the shore. Supermarket and laundromat are 1 km away; golf, sailing, paddleboarding, and horse riding are 5 km away. The hosts live on site, but not in the rental. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge.
