Set over three floors, the little house has a bedroom with a king-size bed on the second floor, a cosy lounge on the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a small enclosed terrace on the ground floor.

In the heart of the historic quarter, next to the tourist office and the Maison des Sires d'Avallon. You will enjoy the peace and quiet of this pedestrianised street steeped in history, close to all the shops, restaurants, bakeries, grocery shops, etc. Free parking 50 m from the house.
