This 40m² flat for 4 people, located on the ground floor, has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bright living room with a double sofa bed (160x200 cm) and offers all the facilities you need for your comfort. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Wi-Fi, television, fan in each room, Bluetooth speaker, etc. This flat also has a 10m² private garden opening onto the residence's garden, facing the sea and offering an exceptional view of the islands and, for those who love kitesurfing, windsurfing or wingfoiling, the spot! All you have to do is cross the road to find yourself on the beach, swimming, sunbathing, taking advantage of the many water-based activities or just relaxing with your feet in the water. The residence, comprising just 6 homes, is a friendly place where you can enjoy the sea, wellbeing It has a fully-equipped gym (machines and yoga mats) with a sea view.
