Well located only a few meters from the cycle path and 5 minute walk to the lake. Apartment very clean, well equipped with lovely crisp cotton sheets, the AC very welcomed as it was 35 degrees when we were there. Nice balcony with beautiful views.

Logement spacieux très propre, pourvu de volets électriques. Très confortable et lumineux. Tout proche d'Annecy (7 Km), de la piste cyclable, des commerces. Dispose d'une petites remise fermant à clé pour entreposer des vélos.

Locatie in een rustige omgeving, met e-bike binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Annecy. Binnen een kilometer een openbaar strand met bomen waardoor er keueze is tussen schaduw en zon. Een apart tuinhuisje waar wij de fietsen konden stallen.

Idéal pour 2 à 4 personnes pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, cet appartement se trouve au 1er étage d'une grande maison (sans ascenseur). Vous pourrez ainsi profiter du grand jardin de cette propriété au calme et clôturée. Vous accéderez à la piste cyclable (qui fait le tour du lac!) directement depuis un portillon au fond du jardin! Le logement se compose d'une chambre avec lit double 160x200cm et de rangements, ainsi qu'un accès au balcon avec vue sur les montagnes, d'un salon avec un canapé-lit confortable pour 2 personnes, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne et de WC séparés. L'appartement est équipé du WIFI haut-débit, d'un téléviseur, d'une double machine à café, d'un appareil à raclette, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un lave-linge. Point fort : la chambre et le salon sont climatisés! De nombreux commerces dont les supermarchés sont accessibles à pieds ou à vélo, la plage la plus proche se trouve à seulement 500 mètres!
