Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Le Cannet, this charming recent and protected flat with air-conditioning (reversible) of a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with wardrobe. - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with cupboard. - A shower room with shower and WC. - A bathroom with bathtub. Outside : - On the living room side, a south west facing balcony of 8m². - On the kitchen and bedrooms side, a 10m² terrace to enjoy the nice days with its garden furniture and electric blind. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available (optical fibre). - Pets are allowed in the accommodation (only one cat or dog per stay). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - No parties or evening events. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability. A flat-rate supplement may be charged: 25e for arrivals after 8pm and departures before 8am. - Please keep the communal areas clean.
