The Cocoonr agency offers you this lovely 67m² house for rent, located in Crépieux (commune of Rillieux-La-Pape) in the immediate vicinity of Caluire et Cuire and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers. The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A living room with a sitting area, a desk, a comfortable double sofa that converts into a single sofa bed, a TV and Internet access. - A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, including electric kettle, toaster, hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge and freezer. You can enjoy your meals on a high table and bar chairs. - In the kitchen area under the stairs, you'll find a washing machine and iron. - A bay window gives direct access to the outside. First floor: - Stairs lead up to the first floor: - Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (160x200), cupboard, closet, exposed beam, window overlooking the courtyard. - Bedroom 2 with 1 raised single bed (90x190), with a porthole in place of a window, which can be obscured by a removable metal plate from the inside. - Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, with storage drawer (hairdryer included). - Separate WC - A small closet space in the hallway.
