You dream of a holiday in the countryside, of authenticity, of regional products, of simplicity .... then discover Mimbaste and come and recharge your batteries at 'Laborde', this country house has been brought up to date to allow you to spend a holiday with the whole family. Here we have tried to combine comfort and authenticity and we invite you to discover all the riches of our land (delicacies, walks, ocean, nature) which make our quality of life. Gîte adjoining the owner's garage on an unfenced plot. On the ground floor: kitchen area (microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section), living room with TV and wood stove (1st basket free), living room, bathroom (washing machine), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, separate toilet. Upstairs, a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90 A baby bed can be provided on request. Wifi Electric heating Outside: garden furniture, barbecue, covered shelter and private land of 500 m². Neighbor other than owner 200 m away. The price does not included: - shower linen (rental possible) - kitchen linen (rental possible) - housework - heating consumption (extra depending on actual consumption)
