Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 3,978 m² garden. The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, a sleeping area with sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A 145 m² natural swimming pool (shared and heated), open all year round - 1.8 m² Jacuzzi (shared), open from April 1 to October 31, available on request - A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture for sunny days - 3978 m² shared enclosed garden Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider). - If you want to come more, we also offer the Alivi di Losari 9, an apartment next door with the same shared swimming pool. - Children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
