The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 90 m² house in Anglards-de-Salers for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 travellers (plus 3 children's beds). It comprises a pretty 31 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 400 m². The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 31 m² living room with TV, a sofa (also a pull-out bed) and a fireplace. - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... On the 1ᵉʳ floor: - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed (90×190). - Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot as well as a changing table - Bedroom 3: with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds for children) and a pull-out bed for a total of 3 beds in this room. - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A lovely south-facing 400 m² enclosed garden with outdoor play equipment. - A 90 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
