Family villa from the 1930s with a garden and terraces that can accommodate up to 12 people. Located on Allée Cavalière, 300 meters from the sea (Les Passagers du Vent sailing club) and close to Aquabaule (public swimming pool), Garden and Sporting tennis clubs. The garden is spacious with some shadowed areas if the weather is too warm. There is also a secured trampoline (net). Please, watch your kids while they use it. For holidays with family or friends, this beautiful villa, located 10 minutes walk from shops and market, is ideal either for an active stay or a chilling journey.
Welcome to "La Brière"! I am the owner of the house. I have spent wonderful moments here with my 11 grand children. The beach is very close and any kind of activity within few bicycle strokes. I can be of any help during your stay. Don't hesitate to call me.
La Baule is also Les Pins, hence the name of one of its districts! Built in the 1920s, on the initiative of Louis Lajarrige, it is full of regionalist and Art Deco villas. It has lush vegetation: from the Allée Cavalière to the Place des Palmiers, passing through the Parc des Dryades, it is a veritable garden city. Allée Cavalière is a long avenue lined with centuries-old pines, which descends to the sea from the forest of Escoublac. It allows riders to reach the beach for beautiful walks along the water. The villa is 10 minutes walk from the beach, you can also rent bikes avenue Lajarrige (5 minutes walk). Shops are also close on foot or by bike. La Baule is ideal for kids and they can do everything with their bicycle. Parking is possible on the street (in front of the house) or by entering a dedicated parking space alongside the villa. La Baule is 3 hours by TGV from Paris (Montparnasse station).
