The Cocoonr / Book&pay agency offers this charming house with mountain views for rent in the commune of La Bourboule, around 20 minutes' drive from the ski resort, which is also accessible by shuttle bus. With a surface area of around 90 m2, it can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It comprises an attractive living room of around 25 m2 overlooking the garden, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a private garden of around 150 m2. Wifi, bed linen and towels are included: we're waiting for you! Benefits: Easy parking in front of the house. Quiet: situated in a cul-de-sac! The accommodation comprises : Ground floor : - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and TV - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: a single bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bath and WC Garden level: - A 25 m² kitchen/dining room. - Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC with bathroom sink. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 150 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather facing the Charlannes mountain. Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested. - To facilitate the inventory and ensure efficient cleaning, please do not move anything in the rental property. - A staircase separates the sleeping area of the bedrooms (ground floor) from the living area (garden level).
